Yes, that's what I did. I had to contact them to see what are the options. They send me a box in which I'll have to place my laptop with all the informations they'll need. Sadly they didn't want to replace it because, apparently, I didn't take this warranty, even though there was only one warranty available when I bought this laptop. Only the one year repair warranty was available, so I'm kinda disappointed ... I should be able to send my laptop tomorrow so I'll update you with this when I get back my laptop.
