I have a question ...
I just bought a lenovo legion y720 2 weeks ago and when I'm playing (gta V, bf1), my gpu go up to 67°c (152°F) at max (normal I think) but for the cpu it can go up to 91-96°c (~200°F). I use HWMonitor.
Is this normal?
Same issue? Is there any solution?

Welcome to the Community,
The GPU is completely fine, the CPU looks to be higher than usual.
It would probably require new thermal paste to be applied.
I would encourage you to contact support.

First, please provide - What is your ambient temperature?
Are you playing on a desk or in your lap or bed?
Are the air vents blocked in any way?
BF1 is a very CPU intensive game and it will push your CPU to the max, leading to high temperatures.
A quick workaround for this is to -
1) Go into Control Panel > Power Options
2) Select the Current active Plan and click on Change Advanced Power settings.
3) Under "Processor power management", go to Maximum Processor State and change it to something like 92%.
4) This should lower the CPU frequency but also help keep it cool (without much loss of performance).
Let me know how it goes or if you have a doubt. Thanks.

Lol,, 95 degrees is NOT normal, it is too close to the limit.
Please modify the value and make sure the CPU temp remains below 90C
