Hard to say what's going on - Rufus has a bunch of options and there are some BIOS options that might be affecting things...

I'd do this: use Windows explorer or a free tool like 7zip to copy the contents of the ISO to an MBR-partitioned, FAT32-formatted flash drive.  Reset BIOS, make sure the boot mode is UEFI-only, and give it anther try.

  1. Download Windwows using Media Creation tool.(just type on google download windows 10 and go to microsoft site)
  2. go to bios (turn on the laptop and press f2 and it will take you to bios).
  3. Search for the optin to restore default setting
  4. select the first boot device the USB

Now everything should go smooth with the instalation.

I don't use it but the Media Creation Tool is a good idea - if you have a machine you can run it on.  My suggestion was based on the ISO already being in hand.  Easy enough to copy the contents to a flash drive.
