ideapad y 700 14isk

serial number: xxxxx

BIOS : D4CN27WW(V1.07)

when I move the screen up and down so I can see it from different angles, the screen goes black but it is not turned off, it is just black (most of the times when I move it down; and when I move it up, about 120 degrees it start working again). I already did the " Hardware Scan" from the Lenovo Solution Center and it passed device, I did an update for the BIOS, AMD  and Intel drivers and the problem still happens.

Re: ideapad y 700 14isk

Hello and welcome to the forums!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

The screen dropping out, especially if the backlight is still lit, usually implies a hardware issue. It looks like you've updated all the related components, so I would call the service center to schedule a repair.
