Hi,

Download Windows 10 media creation tool and create a boot able USB drive.

You can get it from here; follow the instructions for creating an installation media.

Hi,

Do you have the MTM number of the device? Ex. 82JQ0096MX.

That would help us help you.

Hi,

Thank you.

So as you say the device comes from the factory with two SSDs in RAID 0.

When you have a RAID 0 setup the data is striped across both drives so removing either drive would corrupt the data set.

To upgrade one of the SSDs you would then have to replace it, disable the Intel VMD controller in BIOS and then reinstall Windows on your machine.

Afterwards you can reenable the Intel VMD controller.

it shouldn't be that big of an issue, but make sure that you have a backup of any data that you might need in the future.

Kind regards, August
