Actually in Bios 49 I've found some problems:
On my Samsung 970 Evo SSD (maximum Random(IOPS) Write speed was only 84,960
CPU maximum speed in task manager when idling was mostly in 3.6-3.9GHz with a few rare spikes on 4.07/4.08GHz.
That kind of maximum CPU speed in idle denotes that all cores are running at very high frequency when running some basic tasks and fan's are ramping to full speed shortly to cool things down (we don't need a CPU with 12 cores x3,9GHz to run Skype in background )
With Bios 48 things are better:
Samsung 970 Evo SSD (maximum Random(IOPS) Write speed are restored to 301,757 (+250%)
CPU in idle at ~ 1,09 - 1,26GHz with very frequently spikes to 4,7 - 4,8GHz for some minor tasks that are running in background.
This kind of CPU speeds (above 4GHz) are showing that only 1 core will be triggered for common tasks, better temperatures in idle and less power used.
When running some less intensive CPU tasks, like browsing and YouTube, fan's are not even starting.
In fact, right now I have Mozilla with 2 tab's opened (with Youtube running running in background some FHD videos) and CPU Package temp is in 42-46'C range and have't heard fan's so far in last 30 min.
And that's with stock voltages, no undervolt or anything special done.

How much the battery drain while you are gaming?
It is normal for the notebook discharge itself a few % (go down to 95%) every once in a while, to prevent wear.
What model is yours? i5 with GTX 1050?
I've read some models came with a uncapable power brick that can't deliver the necessary energy.
Also, update to the latest Windows version if you haven't.
Install all updates using Lenovo Vantage.
You can try undervolting your CPU to see if it helps but you shouldn't have too, mine dont do this even at stock voltages.
In any case I recommend you to contact lenovo support, maybe its a hardware fault.

bettery draining while gaming
after play PUBG for 1 hour its drianing 1-5%
while connecting AC addapter
i downloaded intel xtu
and run benchmark
current limit throttling and power limit throttilng
make ( yes )
the problem can be in Addabteor hardware ?

Se if when you are Bellow 100% the message still appears like this. If the drop happens every time it's not normal, but if it happens occasionally and don't go Bellow 95% it's normal behavior
