It happen to me i couldnt turn on my computer after it went in sleep mode.
What i did in order to fix is to unplug the power cable and then drain my battery with the always on usb with my mouse or any usb device.

When the battery was completly drained i plugged it back in and i was able to turn it back on.
Has soon as you turn it back on i sugest you install the new bios that fix this issue .

why dont you just try to drain the battery and then boot it back up im telling you it will fix it.

If you want a boxed to be shipped out you need to call in and place a repair order.
