Wasn't sure where to post this, so here it is.
I've been a lenovo customer for a *very* long time. I've, for sure, had problems with the machines and sometimes less than stellar service. C'est la vie.
My biggest gripe has always been their order tracking system. Order after order I would receive invalid tracking numbers, and would have to call Lenovo to get the actual tracking number. Why post an invalid tracking number or fail to update it?
That being said, the recent update to the tracking system is greatly appreciated. Good job.
