And Two Months Later...

So two months ago I put in a repair request for my desktop for a few USB ports that didn't work/short circuited. Support shipped the wrong box twice, then finally succeeded on the 3rd attempt. After shipping it in, support claims they don't have the part and will repair it when it becomes available.  That was two and a half weeks ago, to make this now nearly two months since the case was originally opened. Calling support is completely unhelpful, they claim it would be shipped back to me (never was), that it will be expedited, etc.  All obviously untrue. 


I'm having trouble completing my work now since its been gone, should have taken nine days. So whats the deal guys? You just going to keep my computer forever?


I want an actual update on the delay or my computer shipped back with tracking.
