Cancelling a Return

I started a return for the ThinkPad P43s I had purchased, but I've decided to keep it. How do I go about cancelling the return? I have tried calling customer support for hours, but I cannot get a hold of a representative. I also tried scheduling a callback for the past few days, but no Lenovo representative has called me back. Do I just ignore the return request?

Do you physically have the laptop?

If so, don't bother wasting your time trying to get a hold of a rep. Seems like nobody is able to reach any support team.

You can however instantly get a hold of a new sales agent, surprise surprise....

Yeah I physically have the laptop and received an email with an RMA number and prepaid shipping label. I had initially thought that the return request never got through because it had been almost a week since I had submitted it. Perhaps I'll try the sales agent when I get the time. Thanks for the tip!
