I ordered a thinkpad X1 extreme, and my card has been charged twice!
Order number is 4292434401. Once while ordering, and another time three days ago. Same amount both times.
What do I do?

The first will have been an initial credit hold and not a charge to check funds are available and enable the order to be processed. The second will be the actual charge placed when your order shipped on the 22nd, the first will be dropped automatically by your credit institution.

If the first is a credit hold (authorization), Lenovo isn't involved. You need to contact the credit card issuer. The first charge should have gone away the instant the real debit hit.
