Back in September I purchased an X100e. The date of ordering was within the £30 cashback promotion dates. I've applied for the cashback during the required no earlier than 30 day and no later than 60 days after purchase. I got a confirmation email on the 25th October to say the cashback claim has been processed and payments are normally made within 30 days but please allow upto 56 days (?!). It's now been 39 days since that email and no cashback has been paid yet. Does it really take this long or has someone just forgotten?

No money, no news, in my eyes, dirty fraudulent business of a non-solvent company with fraudulent manager ....

in summer I ordered my Lenovo S10-3.
95% of all Netbooks on market are the same hardware and have about the same price.
But lenovo offered a special, 50€ cashback.
I thought, perfect a new netbook for 250€ and ordered it.
After 4 weeks you can register on lenovo.com and enter your serial and I sent copy of my bill and then I should get this 50€ within 60 days.
But since 4 months there are no 50€ on my bank account from lenovo.
There is no response from lenovo, hotline says, they can not give any information, they are not responsable.
No I feel cheated by lenovo.
Hopefully someone is reading this post.

In August 2010 I purchased one S10-3 with € 50,-- CASH BACK.
1. 30 days waiting time
2. message from Lenovo 56 days waiting time
But I don´t get my cashback yet!!!!
Financial problems by LENOVO??????

Gleiches ist mir widerfahren. Ich warte ebenfalls seit 5 Monaten auf die Erstattung der 50€ Cashback.
Man hat mir geraten, den Email-Schriftverkehr an email@example.com zu senden - seit einer Wochen ist trotzdem nichts passiert!

I'm also having problems getting through to Lenovo UK.
I've got a Thinkpad Edge 13 and I'm trying to claim the cashback offer. I've put in the claim, but I've heard nothing back from Lenovo.
I've sent an email and got no reply. I can't get through on either the cashback telephone number or the UK ThinkPad support number.

Thanks, but I called Lenovo and got a new email address for the cashback department and they've replied to say my claim is being processed. The website has changed so my original email didn't get though.
