Delayed delivery, terrible support from e-commerce team

I placed an order for a custom p1 and the laptop appears as shipped on the 15th of december according to the lenovo site.  However it has been coming up as "warehouse scan" on the UPS tracking site for the last (nearly) 2 weeks now.  I have contacted the e-commerce team via email multiple times and the help ive recieved is pathetic at best!  They are late in replying and do not even read my emails properly and wont answer my queries.  

 

Mostr frustratingly of all, I want to know when my laptop will get delivered!

It is now 14 days that my laptop is showing up as "warehouse scan" on tracking and still getting no help from Lenovo despite >10 emails to the SG ecommerce team.  Terrible customer service Lenovo!
