I am based in the UK and the hinge of my U410 Touch is broken as per the video at
I have sent the laptop out for repair back in January.
According to parcelForce, the item was delivered to them on the 12th of January.
The repair centre in Germany acknowledged reception of the item a couple of days later.
I was told by the UK call centre that they need to order a part but since then, no progress or news.
It has been more than a month now and I am really concerned as this is the only one Laptop I have.
I have asked to escalate the case many times but I have not got this issue resolved.
Pleease, is any one from Lenovo able to assist?
The call centre cannot help. They keep asking me to wait for news...
