Did Lenovo Just Cancel On Me?

Hey all,


I was checking up on my bank statements to manage my budget when I noticed that all of the money I just spent on my ThinkPad laptop (approx $704) was added back to my account, a week after purchasing the item.


Did Lenovo just cancel my order or is this a process?

at this point try calling back the customer sales rep in your country and inquire about the purchase.

By the way, which machine did you get?

Normally Lenovo would put a "hold" on the funds - and that gets released after some time - and evetually charge you once the machine has been shipped.


I wouldn't be too worried, but a call can't hurt...

^^^ This, check your order status online and you'll see it is still going through. Your account doesn't actually get charged until after the system is shipped. The previous transaction was just them verifying that you have the funds.
