Has anyone here dealt with the Customer Care team and had real trouble having their issues resolved?
I called last week with a promised timeframe of 24 hours. Called yesterday morning to ask as to why I received no email or callback. The person who answered conveniently told me that the original rep to assist me was 'in a meeting for the next hour or so'. I guess it must have been lunch. Noone called back. This is ridiculous customer service. I feel Lenovo is going downhill. Not sure if I want to proceed with their brand after this....

sorry to hear that. I would phone them again and request that your number is taken down for a callback or even an email address. Usually you should be fine to email them as well with your case reference number.
