I bought a Yoga 710-15 at Best Buy in July 2018. I started having issues with the screen stuttering and flickering in October
2018 and reported it to Lenovo. They had me try a factory reset. The problem continued and got worse. In Dec 2018 Lenovo
had me send product to Geek Squad which I did. It came back not fixed. Lenovo then had me send it to Lenovo in Tenn for repair.
It came back not fixed. I again sent it back to Lenovo and got it back last week in worse condition then when I sent it. I do not
understand how Lenovo can treat their customers like this. I have a warranty. I want a replacement. Lenovo does not care about its customers.
I original loved this product and spoke so highly to everyone about the Lenovo product. That has now changed.
I don't know what to do.
