10/08/2019 I tried to purchase lenovo thinkpad x1 carbon from US website, to be shipped to a US address. I am outside US and made the purchase with American Express credit card.
The order amount is immediately processed from my credit card. I got an sms from my bank that the process is being issued and it is deducted from the limit of my card. But I got the error message in the checkout screen as : “Authorization has failed. Please contact your credit card provider.” So I did not get any order confirmation number or any mail and the order is not issued. On the bank side, there are no problems and they said the amount is processed and they can not do anything at this moment. If it will be cancelled from lenovo’s side, then the process will be cancelled, otherwise it will get issued.
So what i have to do get the amount back. And why transection failed.?
