I ordered X1 Carbon on 8/12/14; for which I received the unit on 9/9/14 unfortunatly a defective one. When I called up the customer care. They said they will replace my device and the replacement would take 3 days. But the replacement order shows estimated delivery date as 10/15; this is really unacceptable; when I call they keep telling me they are waiting from the factory which is China. My money is stuck and you have already charged my credit card and I still havent received my laptop yet. I want to escalate this to a higher level manager for any consideration.
