Please, I need help. I have no respons from Lenovo Support and I made the request more than 10 days ago (by using the Managed Technical Support Access). How could I have respons? Thanks

I am kind of in similar shoes and the unfortunate truth is you don't. Based on just a google search, the amount of people with this issue in the past week is overwhelming. You have a better chance complaining to social media or just charging back.
