How do I activate my "Smart Performance" subscription?
I signed up today, and the clock is ticking. It says I need a "redemption code" but Chat assistance says I may have to wait over a week. What's up with that?

Sorry that there appears to be an issue. To my knowledge the Smart Performance service is tied to the system serial number and requires no activation, entitlement can be checked on the warranty and service lookup site, after entering your serial number scroll down and select Services. Please also ensure that you have your Vantage at the latest version and restarted your system.
