Since 08/05/2017, I submit the ticket for an under warranty Yoga Home 900 broken keyboard dongle. I still haven't received any update of the replacement as to when it is going to be shipped or received. Any idea why it is taking so long for Lenovo to send a replacement part?
I already try to escalade the ticket on Lenovo web-site to no avail. Effectively, I create the ticked under IE browser; however, when I submit, nothing is happening. First time Lenovo buyer but it will probably be last time as well.

Never mind, chat with a rep. Will check back with the tech in two days for the status. I still can't believe that Lenovo take over a month to fulfill a simple part replacement. I wonder how long it will be for other major parts.
