How to escalate above escalation department

Hi, I have been in contact with the Lenovo support center in Atlanta about my issue for months now. Supposedly my issue has been escalated to the escalations department where someone named Scott is supposed to call me (my issue involves video issues and replacing my w520). They continually promise Scott is going to call me but he does not. They have also escalated withing the support center but no one calls me back. Who do I need to talk to in order to get this resolved? Is there a number for the escalations department? Can one of the moderators help me out? I need to speak with someone to get my laptop replaced (supposedly this is already approved). Is there a sales number I can call?
