I am very unhappy with lenovo product and services

I brought my Y50-70 last year April for $1860. 2 Month after I find it have a gap between bezel and screen, I sent it to repair in 7/10/15. They take 1 month to comform the order for the broken part and wait another 2 months to arrive. On 2/1/16 I try to call them and they say when the new part put on but find another part broken also, have to reorder. They took another 1 months to comform the order till now they haven't received the part. Used they computer 3months repair took already 5 month, I upgraded my warranty but I find that it did not include outside parts but disk something only.I am really sad with that, I have to pay for it, even it is not drop but normal use can still broken ,I don't think it worth $1800. Over all , I think I wouldn't choose Lenovo products again. In addition the service centre don't have any parts stocks , every thing need to order and took 2~3month.

Is your laptop still under repair?

Are they saying that it will be delayed more?

**bleep** that sucks. You deserve to be compensated for having that much value tied up in repairs for so long.

I paid $75 for labour but they did not realised they are two broken parts at the first time , so took my another 3 months. By.the way I use my computer very carefully even I never bring it out of my house. They just tell me the back cover (which is made in aluminum) can still break.

I know, but its an $1,800 laptop. That's a ton of cash to have tied up for 3 months in repairs. That's money you could have used for something else. They should make this right for you somehow.

I'm sorry you went through that man. Thats awful.

555~~~ :( I should use it to buy a new bicycle. Not to buy a computer to play game. I think work out outside is better to be seat at home and play games. Hope my computer go back soon. Next time before I do something I have to think well.
Actually before I brought this machine I have consider the asus and alienwear , but compare the price and hardware Y50 is best for money. But I never realised that the warranty is so poor.

I just received the Email the machine is ready to collect. I hope the parts would not break such seasly again (at least one year)because I only used the machine for 2 months(May) then the bezel desperate d form the screen, on (oct) it became worse I could not open it. Then I sent it to repair (6/10/15). Today is (9/3/16) it has been 5 months.OMG finally.
