I'm getting mad now. Where is Customer Liaison? WOW what a message does

News Flash. 

 

I wrote the message below and PMd the admin. Thats got things moving. Well done lenovo. I was feeling I had got cuaght in a trans pacific gap. Hopefully that is now plugged.

 

Do customer relations actually exist or is it a vapour department...

 

For eight weeks now, yes EIGHT WEEKS, I have been calling support about what's happening to my Thinkpad tablet with a crack in it. I wish I had ordered a spare part - although even how to do that isn't clear. I only had the tablet myself for 5 days before that! I do know that the depot has done nothing to it - because I have been there to ask them.

 

At least a month ago it was escalated to customer liaison. Do they ever call or email? No. I was given a name and number. The number was useless. I can't find an email. They always promise that liaison will call but they never do. This is getting ridiculous and furthermore wasting a huge amount of customer support time during my now daily call to nag them

 

Worse still, when a support issue has been escalated like this then support can do nothing further with it. I asked them to send me my tablet back with a spare rear case. They can't do anything.

 

WHERE ARE YOU LIAISON? My liason number is 00200228 issue number 7020209700

 

I have several Lenovo products and I can hardly believe the service is this bad.

I have the same problem..Nobody ever called and apparently they do not exist...All useless bunch of people..and company is the worse ever...Where is the head office?
