Not sure what time you're referring to, but here's my thoughts.
If talking about info passed on to customer service centres, I really have no idea, but I presume it to be completed by end of this week or might be even faster than i've thought.
In regard to contacting you for fixing the machine, i think should be these few days since your case has received attention from manager.

Cool. I called more times these months to Customer Support than to my girlfriend.
If I can get my machine repaired, I am interesed to buy a warranty extension too!

I left the laptop at Unisys. Now I'll wait for news.

Yeah! It works very well, except they forgot to connect the inductive panel. So, I must to send it again.
Do you have any news with your laptop? Anyone contacted you?

Well, the guys at Unisys told me that they had receive an email saying that some parts are coming to Argentina to fix my computer.
But, they are not sure what is it... And if those will fix my LCD panel at all.
So, I have to wait.
