Indonesia Guarantee Complain

Saya adalah pengguna Laptop Lenovo G430 dengan serial number *. Setelah saya pergunakan sekitar 6 bulanan, LCD saya mengalami masalah. pada waktu startup, mengalami kedip. saya kira itu tidak masalah. namun lama-lama, kedipnya (eror=flicker) semakin parah. dan pada akhir 2009 dan awal 2010, saya memasukkan Laptop saya ke service resmi Lenovo di Yogyakarta. Saya sudah melaporkan kerusakan dan oleh pihak service center sudah dipesankan LCD yang baru. 2 Minggu berlalu saya cek belum datang juga barangnya. dan ini sudah 2 bulan lebih, namun saya tanyakan kadang tidak dijawab dan katanya belum datang juga. Mohon untuk pihak service pusat lenovo untuk mengklarifikasi lama penggantian. Apakah harus menunggu sampai garansi habis baru ada barangnya??Atau Apakah LENOVO seri G430 adalah produk gagal dan apakah bisa tukar tambah dengan seri lain yang kuat dalam mobilitas (tentu saya berharap dan bersedia menambah dengan jumlah uang tertentu)????saat ini laptop yang bermasalah ada ditangan saya (karena kata service center, laptop boleh dibawa sambil menunggu penggantian LCD), dan kadang harus menggunakan monitor PC untuk visualisasi layarnya. terimakasih atas perhatiannya. Memang untuk service center lenovo di Yogyakarta itu gak beres pelayanannya. Saya dulu pernah service DVD rw Y410 di IT service center di jalan deresan 34B. Dari awal datang saya sudah tidak yakin dengan tempatnya. Awalnya saya complain ke lenovo shop di jl.katamso, mereka bilang untuk langsung di masukkan ke service centernya, lalu saya datang ke deresan, di sana saya hanya TIDAK DIPERLAKUKAN DENGAN BAIK, datang tidak kondisi tidak ada pelayan, harus dipanggil2(kayak warung pinggir jalan aja). Bilang pengen service dengan orang yang ada, suruh tunggu sebentar. Setengah jam saya di sana, saya tanya lagi(dengan panggil2 lagi), dengan rasa tidak bersalah orang itu bilang "Mas, yang tukang service lagi istirahat..", saya tanya, kira2 brapa lama, dia bilang "Sampe jam 1an".

padahal saya di sana dari jam 12, KENAPA GAK BILANG DARI AWAL, kalo dari awal bilang, mungkin saya bisa pergi dulu. Lalu kenapa barang saya(laptop) tidak diterima saja dulu, kasih nota kek, kalo tau tukang servicenya ga ada.

 

TOLONG YA, LENOVO INDONESIA, PERHATIKAN PELAYANAN SERVICE CENTERNYA, JANGAN CUMA PROMOSINYA AJA KALIAN BAIK2 DAN PENUH SENYUM.

Hehehe sama z boss,,ente di jogja lha ane dibekasi yang nota benne gak jauh2 dari jakarta,,malah produk saya lenovo ideapad s110 sudah jengkelin dari semenjak beli,,saya coba konfirmasi kecustomer care lenovo tahu gak jawabannya?..indonesia banget,,ngeles sana ngeles sini,,ujung2nya saya diminta beli on-site garansi supaya tekhnisi lenovo datang ketempat saya.

 

Lenovo Indonesia itu emang aneh,,saya tuh sampe Kapok bro beli produk lenovo lagi,,mending yang laen deh pelayanannya jelas dan sangat membantu.
