Re: International credit card payment problem

xbcai,

Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble.   With the exception of some AMEX cards, Lenovo does not accept international credit cards for purchases.   The card may have been checked for authorization and a charge hold placed by the issuing bank but the card has not been actually charged.

You should contact sales and arrange for an alternate form of payment to be associated with your account.  Then credit services can release your order from hold.  The charge hold on your existing card will drop off automatically.  The time for this varies a bit by the terms of the issuing bank / type of card.  I believe you can also contact your CC and have them remove the authorization # which would speed up the clearing of this item.

Re: International credit card payment problem

I also purchase my computer on December 31st  with an International Visa card from Vietnam. I had my order confirmation sent to my mailbox and did not receive any message said that my order could not go through so far. Will I get the same message as Xbcai?

If I can not find any USA credit card that can replace my international card for this order  . Can I cancel my order without 15% fee? I need to know this soon so that I can start to look for other places to buy a new laptop rather than waiting for the Lenovo that I order come.
