Issues with Lenovo Support and EZ Serv Depot

Hi Friends,

I never thought Lenovo support is this worst.I am never gonna buy or recommend Lenovo to any of my friends or Family.

I was Lenovo customer from 3 years and I paid for warranty upgrade too and i never used warranty in this 3 years and when i needed it ,both lenovo and EZserv are not helping.They want me to go to another repair center or best buy or somewhere although i have warranty.When i spoke to manager and some support executive they were rude.they kept my machine for a week and after all they says it has health issues and we cant repair.I don't know who i have to reach out to.They left me no where after buying a lenovo laptop and paying around $1500 .

So which Lenovo laptop did you buy? Ideapad or Thinkpads, and which specific model.

Also, when you say 3 years warranty did you get the laptop warranty from Best Buy or Lenovo?

Lastly, when you say health issues, can you elaborate?

Hi Lead_org,

My laptop was a Thinkpad(R 61)  (7732-CTO) and when i bought it i got warranty for anyear and after that i paid for additional 2 years warranty which i never make use of till now.I paid each n every penny to Lenovo not from best buy or some one else.

Health issue is,They are saying they found some bugs in the system and they cant repair it.i don;t know how they will be alive in that temparature.

 

Anyway Mark is helping me on this issue and i think he will help me to resolve the complete issue.Any help from you also appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Just want to say that I've had a great experience with Lenovo's EZ Serv process.  Called them on Sunday, received a box to ship my thinkpad tablet on Monday, and got the fixed tablet back on Thursday morning.  It was a relatively simple fix (busted power button), but I was still impressed.

 

Now if we can get the promised software updates in a timely fashion, I will be one happy camper.
