I've checked and updated drivers, activated and deactivated the device, run the tests in the Lenovo ThinkVantage toolbox and at the end of all that I still get no connectivity when I plug an active / live ethernet cable into my ethernet port.
Recent updates to system:
1. Installed Spashtop Streamer and RDP to allow remote access to the computer when away
2. Upgraded to Windows Professional
Please help, thanks....I'm still under warranty but would prefer to not have to take it in to be serviced if I can fix it here....
Kindly uninstall the driver and install it again, please share the product detail this will help a lot.
Set the BIOS to default also.
