LENOVO is not releasing my money !! Need my Refund !

LENOVO is not releasing my money - about CA$ 3K  

 

The product was returned in sealing condition. The refund policy says 10 business days for refunds and we are way above it right now. 

I have been in contact with numerous representatives  , generic contact form, the toll free number or the chat room: all of the above are useless.

While being polite, they all make you wait days until you receive a reply; they put you on hold for extended times; they understand, they apologize and promise I should have my  money soon. 

All in vain: no money, just frustration and wasting time.

More promisses. No Refund. Why Lenovo create Refund Policy if they are no abble to keep it ? #Lenovosucks
