Lenevo Poorest Warranty and Customer Support

My Lenovo Y700-15ISK died 20 days before the 1 year warranty. Boot loop, cant enter bios, etc. Sent it in. And am being blamed for user damage and expectedtopay for a new motherboard. I didn't abuse it; no spills, drops, rarely traveled with it, never opened it before it died.

 

Even if they change their position and replace the motherboard, I am never buying from Lenovo again.

Lenovo is trying not cover my warranty, claiming damage by theuser. 

 

Never buying another Lenovo.

You can ask for a photo of the user damage and ask for the decision too be reviewed.

My laptop died BEFORE the warranty expired. The service ticket was created BEFORE the warranty expired. The laptop arrived at the facility BEFORE the warranty expired. I was told about a chargeable service BEFORE the warranty expired.

 

Now the warranty is expired and I can not request a call back.
