Lenovo Case Escalation is a JOKE

My Lenovo YOGA is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

 

I'm usually a guy that understand issues, warranty SLA's and Customer Service expectations but this time is ENOUGH...

 

It's been breaking since the begging so I have multiple Repairs Orders in Its History ... now I'm still waiting for the Lenovo PREMIUM Service (LPS) to fix it (multiple technicians have been trying this time with no luck).

 

Since the begging I was trying to get a replacement or refund but LPS told me that it didn't qualify BUT if the laptop has an issue again then it will qualify.

 

I tried to ESCALATE the issue in order to have a different alternative to my problem since the repairs are more like a "Band-Aid" and a waste of time impacting me in different aspects since the Laptop is used for Work and School purposes.

 

I won't be surprise if this complain goes to an empty drawer since I haven't see any Customer interest from Lenovo Service.

I'm sorry that you are dissatisfied with the level of service you have received to date. Could I ask you to post your support case number(s), please do not post any other related information, in order that the Community Team can look into the details, specifically the repair history, to see if we might be in a position to assist.

Hello,

 

Seeing that you have a complaint open you need to address any questions you may have to the Case Manager, they have ownership of your case, their goal will is to ensure the implementation of a resolution which is in accordance with your warranty entitlement and within a reasonable period of time.

I don't mean to be rude but that's why titled this post: 

Lenovo Case Escalation is a JOKE

Seems that my complain is reaching def hears since I it's been months and still stuck with this crappy non-functional Yoga laptop.

 

Though this could be another way to look for answers but it seems that Lenovo doesn't care.
