Lenovo Digital River UK refund awaited more than 3 weeks

I bought a Moto G7 phone from Lenovo.com UK website. I returned it, and it was received back in Lenovo dock in Netherlands on 25th June.

 

Now Lenovo website directs me to Digital River for shipping and returns, because Lenovo has outsourced these activities to Digital River. But Digital River are extremely nonresponsive, irresponsible, and unreliable. I have been following up with them for the past 3 weeks and I still do not have my refund.

 

This is very unfair on Lenovo's part. I purchased the phone from Lenovo.com UK website, NOT Digital River. Lenovo needs to take responsibility of fulfilling my due refund.

Hi Andy, any luck in getting resolution for my case and getting me my refund? It has been over 3 weeks now since the order was received back at Lenovo dock in Netherlands, and I am starting to lose hope and patience here.

 

I feel like it was the worst mistake of my life to order anything from Lenovo.com website with Digital River involved for order handling! :(
