My Lenovo Flex 5's screen started to flick and sometimes most of the screen is covered by black flickering . When it is moved and especially when the screen is moved up or down the flickering appears. I bought this laptop new 3 weeks ago and I do not live in the United States and my laptop is not covered under international warranty plus it is not made in Brazil and it cannot be fixed in here because they do not have the necessary components.
Can I ship my laptop to the US for repair or is there something else I can do?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You may ship the laptop to the US for its warranty claims as I suspect probable LCD / LCD cable issue.
In similar cases I have seen, what works best is send the machine to a trusted friend / relative that you can authorize for the repair process for you. Users would cover shipping to US and back as Lenovo would cover shipping the laptop from the facility to the US address.
You can call in 877-453-6686 24/7 or chat within businesss hours (change the language and flag to US on top).
