Lenovo, I want to have my warranty back!

Hello,

 

I try my problem in the English part of the forum because in the German one I don´t think someone can help me.

It began in December when I thought:

Hey! It was a heavy year, I allow myself a little

So I bought a Thinkpad X220 for a lot of money.

I got it at the 3rd of December and it is a great machine.

So I wanted to buy a warranty upgrade with 4 years, it had 3 years on-site like all the premium Thinkpads here in Germany.

I called the support-hotline and the lady said that I should check the startdate of the warranty first.

I should send the invoice to Lenovo.

And I did it and the Lenovo Argentina told me that the would correct the startdate with the one on my invoice.

 

A few days later I got a friendly mail with a screenshot of my new warranty. But there was a litte mistake. The new startdate was the 12th of March. So there was a mix of 03.12. and 12.03.

I  thought that was not a problem, sent a mail and saked for correction.

 

Two days later I got a new mail with a sorry and she would correct it.

So far, so good.

 

On the 24th of December I saw a change in the LSC. 

Now the startdate was correct, but the type of warranty changed from 3 years on-Site to 1 year carry-in.

I could not beleave this!

 

I immediately wrote back to Lenovo and the asked a second time for the invoice.

 

Please, I´m now totaly confused. On the phone noone can help me and I simply want to have my warranty back.

I have a screenshot from Lenovo as a proof.
