Sorry to hear about that.
Those are the same things that technical support team was constantly calling and leaving voice message as they have reported on the case to check with you. They also sent emails after the free repair done for the out of warranty machine.
Your customer service manager have also provided you free warranty extension so calling technical support would not be a problem. They would have closed the older case since they are not receiving any reply emails or failed to have you on a live follow up call.
