I sent my Yoga in because they keyboard was having issues and the touchscreen stopped working.
It took less than a day to fix and ship it back to me, kudos for that.
However, I sent you a laptop that was in good condition and you sent me back a scratched laptop with tool marks on all sidesand a shell that no longer stays closed. . . .
The photos do not do the damage justice, it is way more obvious in person.

Yes there are but it's not a dedicated support channel. If you haven't already you need to notify this to support at your earliest opportunity, please ensure that you quote your original case number and that you are in a position to provide photos; they will instruct you where to send them and open a new case for you.
