Lenovo promised to replace screen but never did so.

I have a thinkpad T470, that is in warranty period. My screen started flickering every few hours. I contacted Lenovo Customer care on Oct 19, 2018 they raised a case 4075CMS and offered to replace my LCD display.

 

They said part is on backorder on Oct 20th.

 

On Oct 27th 2018, When I had called customer support, the executive informed me that part is already shipped to the technician and he will contact me by Oct 28th.

 

It has been 11 days since Lenovo offered to replace my LCD display, but till now I see no action from Lenovo's side.

 

By the way, I paid for Next Bussiness Day Service (Which I severely regret now).
