Lenovo yoga 3

Bought my son a Lenovo yoga 3 on 15/7/2015 from PC World £800, by 5/8/2015 it stopped working. Took it back on 5/8/2015 and PC World exchanged it no problem. After one year and three week the replacement has stopped working. Sent it back to Lenova who are now demanding £250 to repair it saying it needs a new main board and power supply - what after just a year old - clearly not fit for purpose - they accept it has not been damaged through misuse. I am waiting for a manager call back but I am absolutely appalled at the stance being taken by lenova and unless we get it repaired free of charge I will be taking the matter further. Any one else experienced such problems ?

i actually managed to speak to someone at Lenova on Friday and it's all sorted they are going to repair it free of charge.
