Lost Package and No Customer Service

Hi,

 

I ordered one X1 in Oct 2020, and package was shipped/delivered(but lost) on Dec 3, 2020. Was trying to call Lenovo customer service at least 20 times in past 40 days, and no response, no updates, no solutions. Any suggestions or information will be appreciate!

Hello @William798 

Thanks for posting that. A replacement order is in process and currently awaiting final approval, some time was likely lost here due to the UPS investigation and awaiting them to confirm the loss / miss-delivery of the consignment.
