Hi. I've sent my tablet for repair and they've received it on the 23rd of September.
Until now nobody replies to emails and I don't know where my tablet is.
I also wrote to Lenovo CS that has ignored me so far.
Can somebody help me? I have attached the return label with all the info.

Hello and welcome to Community,
I wasn't aware they had an email contact for tablet support in the UK but my suggestion would be to always call if you have already sent the system in #2 is the correct selection for tablets and make sure you have your case number or serial number on hand.
