Microsoft Office problem

I cannot use Microsoft Office due to the Q: drive has block. How can I unlock it.

I have tried to change the premission of the drive but still doesn't work.

And I cannot uninstall Click-to-run from my computer as well.

What should I do, how can lenovo unblock the drive for me?

Re: Microsoft Office problem

Hello b12yi and welcome to community,

The Q:\ drive is the virtual file system drive where virtualized apps "live" in the file system namespace. The Q:\ drive is not a real drive; it has no space and is not accessible from Windows Explorer or “My Computer”.

For more information, please see the following KB article:
An overview of Microsoft Office Click-to-Run for Office 2010

Do you get any error message when you open MS Office application, please make sure you have complete version of MS Office installed on the system.

Best Regards,
