I recently placed an order for a thinkpad e320, but within 48 hours called lenovo to cancel.
However I was told that there is a new cancellation policy that has come into effect today meaning the only way to cancel an order is to actually wait for it to be shipped and then refuse delivery.
This seems very odd and I am concerned that there may be issues ahead.
Can someone please confirm this. Thank you.
