No Response from case management team

Hey, I’ve been waiting for the case management team to reply about my legion y740 replacement. It’s been almost 2 days and still no response. Usually I would wait a while but I’ve heard many things about how the case management takes a long time to respond! It’s already bad enough that my little brothers laptop isn’t working and i’m very busy so please if guys can get to me ASAP that would be great.

Hello and welcome to Community,

 

The Case Manager will be investigation your situation and potential resolutions. I see that they had contacted you mid-week and would expect them to be contacting you at the start of the week, they are likely awaiting confirmation from the carrier that the system has been lost in transit.

Want a replacement for my Y740 RTX 2080 16 GB RAM

Hey, I’ve been through this process for literally a MONTH now just to get word that you guys DO NOT offer replacements. I was told by one of the agents that she would but in a replacement ticket or something and I’ve been talking back and forth with the Case Management about it and I gave them everything they needed and just for you guys to say you only offer repairs. I can’t do repairs right now because I’m very busy and never home. I’m always on my job and on the road. I need this laptop for my little brother at the hospital to make sure he doesn’t get so bored. Can anyone PLEASE help me with a replacement PLEASE????

I’ve also seen other people have the same problems as me. This is very unprofessional. Also some seem to have gotten a replacement for their device how come I can’t get a replacement for mine? I’ve also contacted the team and they said they “escalated it” but the escalated team said they didn’t offer replacements.

You can check your warranty entitlement on the support site, you will need to enter your serial number, which displays the level of support you are entitled to at the current time and which Lenovo will provide per entitlement.

I have the same problem with a case manager.  I was told I would be getting an replacement and the case manager just "disappeared" from communication!   I have not been able to attend any of my zoom mtgs and have nothing but problems with this laptop since Feb.  and I have premium care!!!   Awful and so unprofessional of Lenovo!   It's too bad too because I really liked my laptop as it came recommended to me from someone who deals with Lenovo!   Just an FYI, I've had tech's at my home no less than 5 times along with mailing it in to be fixed (which took over a month) and still not working right!   Frustrated in Fort Worth!!!!!!
