I submitted a ticket via MTSA last week on 6/26, and now it's 7/1 and have yet to receive any contact from them.
I can see the status updates at the bottom of the ticket... one literally says 'customer unreachable' and I have 0 missed calls, and 0 emails from them.
I'm at my wits end - how do I get this laptop serviced? I love ThinkPad hardware but this service experience, for laptop covered under premier support, is frustrating.
Is there a phone # to reach them? Every 'Contact Us' link I follow leads me to unavailable chat support options.
