My IdeaPad was recently stolen and for insurance purposes I've been trying to contact Lenovo regarding a copy of my sales receipt (the original is unfortunately long gone). I have my credit card receipt from the exact day of purchase directly from the Lenovo website, but the representatives I've spoken to & emailed with thus far have not been helpful. I'm assuming Lenovo DOES have a receipt of this purchase somewhere in their system, so who exactly can I contact for a response & receipt copy?
hum, when you made the purchase did you create a Lenovo account on the Lenovo website? in the account there is a record of sales, with a sales transaction number, with that number you can call up Lenovo customer support and request another copy of the tax invoice to be sent out to the same address.
This is doable.
