Order Delivery issue with my laptop

Hi, 

  Order No - 4601510435

I had ordered thinkpad on 17-08-2021. And at that time it was showing 3-4 week to delivery. After 10 days when I contacted for order status I was communicated to September 13 as expected dispatch date. After that when today as 14 September 2021 again I contacted to order support team they have communicated 7-8 week future date.Also they have also cancelled my previous order after 55 days. 

I don't know why WRONG information shows on Lenovo website. If they are can not deliver on time so why they shows WRONG information. It is my second order and I am facing WORST experience.....

Hello and welcome to Community,

 

I'm sorry that you are experiencing a delay. The shipping date offered on the web site is an estimation, which can change, for when the system will leave the factory or warehouse and it does not include the time whilst the order is underway. That said your order is underway to the Indian distributor and so I would expect you to receive it soon.
