Premier Support No Response

Hello. I submitted a premier support ticket on 7/4 and haven't heard back yet; understanding that this was a holiday weekend I'm wondering when I should expect to hear back?

I believe the e-ticket Premier Support response time is currently within 2 working days but under normal circumstances should be shorter. If the issue you are experiencing is critical I always recommend calling by phone during the hours they are available, details should be available to you after entering your serial number on the ContactUs site, support.lenovo.com/contactus
