Problem in Payment Execution

Hi, I'm from india. Just two days before i order a laptop through the lenovo official website. After i choosed all the configuration option in the check out page i choosed the lenovo check out option. Then i provided my mastercard details. The shipping and billing address were belongs to US only. After i entered the full details the amount was debited from my card but the order was not placed. And i get some warning message in the page. After i faced this problem only i gone through the payment policy the lenovo doesn't accept Mastercard outside US, they are accepting only American Express. But now the problem is lenovo was taken my money and order also not placed. So what step next i have to do. If any one have the lenovo payment team mail ID please share with me. And the next question is how i can order a laptop using either VISA or MASTERCARD as a international user.(But the shipping address is US only).. Awaiting for your reply folks.

Keep in mind that if the US shipping address is for a commercial reshipper, then you may find that even if the Lenovo US web site accepts the order, it may not process correctly later in the fulfilment process and get cancelled anyway.

Fine. you are correct. But the payment was debited from my account. If it not process then the payment should not debit from my card, right? Please correct me if i'm wrong!

I am having exactly the same problem here in China, using a visa card to place an order. The money will go back to you account after several days if the order did not processed correctly(said the bank here)
I'm contacting LENOVO's credit card services to see how it can be resolved.
frustrating...

I was having the same problem.can you please tell me how can it be resolved.It was not once but it was twice that lenovo guys deducted money.Can any one of you please help me out on how can i get my money back.
